Is there a possibility, to have champagne or other beverage preparation upon arrival?

Yes, on request, we can provide a variety of arrangements on arrival (flowers, champagne, etc.)

Is smoking prohibited in the apartments ?

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartments, but is allowed on the terraces and in the garden and in designated areas. Guests are kindly requested to close the patio door if smoking on the terrace or in the garden.

When can we check in and when do we have to check out?

You can check in after 14:00 and check out before 10:00. Other arrival and departure times are upon prior arrangement with the host.

Are there flats that can be connected?

Two of our apartments can be connected on the terrace if both are available at the same time (205-207)

Can we cook for ourselves in the apartments?

Of course, all apartments are equipped with a kitchen and basic kitchen utensils, so you can do the cooking.

Can the flats have extra beds?

Our apartments do not have extra beds, but we can provide cribs on request.

Are the apartments air-conditioned?

Yes, all apartments are equipped with adjustable ceiling heating and cooling.

What do I need to bring for check in?

All guests are required to provide photo identification (ID card, driving licence or passport) as required by law.

Are the apartments accessible 0-24 hours?

Yes. All guests have their own key to enter and leave the property.

Are there any other spa treatments on charge?

On request, our masseur will be available with a mobile massage bed in the comfort of your apartment at a pre-arranged time.

Is there a bed and breakfast option?

We do not offer breakfast and dinner, but there are plenty of restaurants and cafés in the area, and all apartments have equipped kitchens.

Is free Wi-Fi available in the apartments?

Free Wi-Fi is ensured in all apartments.

Do the prices include tourist tax?

No, there is a tourist tax per night on top of the price.

Is there a lift in the building?

Yes, the lift is available for free use for all guests.

Is it possible to use the wellness service after checking out of the room?

You can discuss this with our host before check-out, as it depends on the occupancy of the apartments.

Is it possible to check in early and leave later?

It depends on availability and by prior arrangement with the host.

Who can use the wellness area?

Only the guests of the VillaBauhaus Wellness Apartments and guests of the VillaBauhaus Hotel can use the rooftop wellness area. Children are only allowed in the wellness area under the supervision of a parent.

Is the wellness open all year ?

Yes, the rooftop spa is open all year round, regardless of the season. The exception is the rooftop pool, which is closed during the off-season.

Is the wellness open all day?

No, the rooftop spa is only open from 8:00 am to 22:00 pm.

How can I book the apartment?

Do I need to pay a deposit to make a reservation?

Yes. Depending on our offers, the amount of the deposit may differ, in all cases the information in the offer/confirmation is valid.

If by chance we are not able to go, what happens to the deposit?

We will act according to the cancellation policy in the written confirmation of your booking.

What wellness services do you offer?

Villa Bauhaus welcomes guests with a rooftop wellness area, where you can find a rooftop pool, jacuzzi, children’s pool, 2 saunas, plunge pool, and sun terrace.

Can we pay by SZÉP Card?

Yes, it is possible to pay the full amount and also part of the accommodation by OTP SZÉP card. Unfortunately, at the moment, we are not accepting other SZÉP cards.
