One of the most spacious apartments in Villa Bauhaus, it consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, which is complemented by a large terrace that opens from both rooms. Dining table for 6 people, garden lounge chairs are available. The sunny garden in front of the terrace can be used without any disturbance.

VillaBauhaus is a newly built facility, operating since 2023, which offers 14 apartments for vacation rentals.
It has a unique rooftop welness, which makes it really special among the apartments in Siófok.
Its location is outstanding, within walking distance of all important services and entertainment facilities. The apartment house and the rooftop wellness area are open all year round, where guests can enjoy all wellness services 365 days a year, with the exception of the rooftop pool, which is not open during the off-season.
Each apartment is unique, so there is something to suit everyone's taste.
About the location
The apartment is located in the centre of Siófok, 300 metres from Lake Balaton, in the immediate neighbourhood of the Petőfi promenade, where you will find many restaurants, bars and clubs.
The famous concert venue Plázs in Siófok is also 200 metres from the apartment, where excellent concerts are organized during the season.
In addition, the Main Square of Siófok is a 10-minute walk away, where you can find many shops, cafés and restaurants next to the Sió Pláza. The water tower also serves as a viewpoint for those who want to enjoy the panoramic view of Siófok.
The train station in Siófok is a 7-minute walk away and the nearest grocery store is a 6-minute walk away.

The apartment can be reached by car, by train (Siófok station is 7 minutes away by foot) or by bus (Siófok bus station is 8 minutes walk away). You can also arrive by boat (the port of Siofok is 16 minutes away.) It is also easily accessible by bicycle and has electric bike charging facilities.

Smoking is prohibited inside the building! Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments, only on the terrace of the apartments. In this case, we ask our guests to close the terrace door when smoking.
History of the house
The Villa Bauhaus is part of the history of the town, a landmark building and a building with local protection. The architectural character of the building, its façade articulations, the division of openings and the rhythm of their distribution are of conservation value.
The former Siklós Pension was built in the 1930s by the casino owner Vilmos Siklós, probably to a design by the Budapest architect and industrialist Ernő Erhardt. In addition to the classic Bauhaus features, the boarding house also had streamlined forms and Art Deco motifs (fence, reliefs).
The current Villa Bauhaus complex was built in 2022 with the renovation and modernisation of the former Siklós Pension. The Architectural Forum praised the new building's reflection of the original style, which was achieved by preserving some of the building's details and facade elements.
The interiors of the building are dominated by cutting-edge design, but the furnishings of the apartment also incorporate elements of the Bauhaus style. Iconic Barcelona chairs, garden dining chairs reminiscent of Brno chairs, reproductions by Paul Klee (1879-1940), and lamps in the shape of Midgard lamps designed by Kurt Fischer were placed in the space to combine modernity and Bauhaus elements in a light-hearted way.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartments, but is allowed on the terraces and in the garden and in designated areas. Guests are kindly requested to close the patio door if smoking on the terrace or in the garden.
