Általános leírás
A Villa Bauhaus egy 2023 óta üzemelő, újonnan épült létesítmény, amely 14 darab kiadó apartmannak ad otthont.
Egyedülálló tetőtéri wellness-szel rendelkezik, amely igazán különlegessé teszi a siófoki apartmanok között.
Lokációja kiemelkedő, gyalog minden fontos szolgáltatás, illetve szórakozási lehetőségek is elérhetők. Egész évben várja kedves vendégeit az apartmanház és a tetőtéri wellness, amelyben a vendégek minden wellness szolgáltatást élvezhetnek az év 365 napján, kivétel ez alól a tető medence, amely szezonon kívül nem üzemel.
Minden apartman egyedi, így mindenki megtalálja a maga ízlésének megfelelőt.
A környékről
Az apartman Siófok központjában helyezkedik el, 300 méterre a Balatontól a Petőfi sétány közvetlen szomszédságában, ahol rengeteg étterem, bár és szórakozóhely is található.
A híres siófoki Plázs koncerthelyszín is 200 méterre található az apartmantól, ahol a szezonban kiváló koncerteket rendeznek.
Emellett 10 perc sétára található a siófoki Fő tér, ahol a Sió Pláza mellett is nagyon sok üzlet, kávézó és étterem található. A víztorony pedig kilátóként is üzemel, ha valaki szeretne a siófoki panorámában gyönyörködni.
A siófoki vasútállomás 7 percre található gyalog, a legközelebbi élelmiszerbolt pedig 6 percnyi sétára van.
Az épület udvarán ingyenes, privát parkoló könnyíti meg a vendégek tartózkodását. Minden apartmanhoz 1 parkoló tartozik.

Közlekedés
Az apartman megközelíthető autóval, vonattal (siófoki állomás 7 percre található gyalog), illetve akár busszal is megközelíthető (siófoki autóbusz-állomás 8 perc sétára található).

Check-in délután 14 óra után, check-out délelőtt 10 óráig.
Házirend
Kisállatok nem szállásolhatók el.
22:00 és 08:00 között tilos a nyugalmat zajjal megzavarni.
A vendégek kötelesek egymás pihenését és nyugalmát tiszteletben tartani.
Az épületen belül tilos a dohányzás! Csak az arra kijelölt helyen szabad.
Az apartmanokon belül is tilos a dohányzás, arra csak az apartmanok teraszán van lehetőség. Ez esetben is megkérjük a kedves vendégeket, hogy dohányzás közben húzzák be a teraszajtót.

Yes, on request, we can provide a variety of arrangements on arrival (flowers, champagne, etc.)
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartments, but is allowed on the terraces and in the garden and in designated areas. Guests are kindly requested to close the patio door if smoking on the terrace or in the garden.
You can check in after 14:00 and check out before 10:00. Other arrival and departure times are upon prior arrangement with the host.
Two of our apartments can be connected on the terrace if both are available at the same time (205-207)

Yes, the rooftop spa is open all year round, regardless of the season. The exception is the rooftop pool, which is closed during the off-season.

Yes, it is possible to pay the full amount and also part of the accommodation by OTP SZÉP card. Unfortunately, at the moment, we are not accepting other SZÉP cards.
