Allgemeine Beschreibung
VillaBauhaus ist ein neu gebauter Komplex, der ab 2023 in Betrieb ist und 14 Apartments zur Verfügung stellt.
Sie verfügt über eine einzigartige Dachterrasse, die sie unter den Wohnungen in Siofok zu etwas ganz Besonderem macht.
Die Lage ist hervorragend, alle wichtigen Dienstleistungs- und Unterhaltungseinrichtungen sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Appartementhaus und der Wellnessbereich auf dem Dach sind ganzjährig geöffnet, so dass die Gäste an 365 Tagen im Jahr alle Wellnessangebote nutzen können, mit Ausnahme des Pools auf dem Dach, der in der Nebensaison nicht geöffnet ist.
Jedes Apartment ist einzigartig, so dass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist.
Über die Gegend
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Siofok, 300 Meter vom Plattensee entfernt, in unmittelbarer Nähe der Petőfi-Promenade, wo Sie viele Restaurants, Bars und Diskotheken finden werden.
Das berühmte Konzertlokal Plázs in Siófok ist ebenfalls 200 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt, wo während der Saison hervorragende Konzerte stattfinden.
Außerdem ist der Hauptplatz von Siófok nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt, wo Sie neben dem Sió Pláza viele Geschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants finden. Der Wasserturm dient auch als Aussichtspunkt für diejenigen, die den Panoramablick auf Siofok genießen möchten.
